You will report to the Lead, Quality and work daily with construction, engineering, surveillance and subcontractor teams.Resolve non-conformances, verify hold points and keep records audit ready through to handover.With multiple construction fronts to cover,



you will see the full civil scope and build quality experience on major infrastructure.Key accountabilities for the position will be:Inspect and verify civil works against approved designs, specifications and standardsDevelop and review ITPs for earthworks, roads, foundations, concrete and drainageVerify compliance at hold points, witness points and critical milestonesRecord and close out non-conformances, defects and corrective actions with site teamsReview test results, certifications and subcontractor quality recordsMaintain accurate, audit-ready quality records in project document systemsEscalate recurring quality risks and support audits and inspectionsRequired Skills and CompetenciesTertiary qualification in civil engineering or a related fieldQuality, surveillance, inspection or site engineering experienceSound knowledge of civil works and quality systems including ITPsAttention to detail and willingness to work across multiple sitesDesirable: transmission, utilities or major infrastructure work.Why work for us?
