We are seeking experienced Carpenters/ Bricklayers or Leading Hands who are looking to transition into a Site Supervisor position with a well-established residential builder delivering projects across Sydney.
This is a full-time opportunity offering hands-on training, support, and clear career progression into site management.You will start your career working within a Head Office, learning the back end processes that come with Site Supervision.
After you have completed your training you will work onsite alongside other Supervisors and Managers to develop your practical knowledge.If you have strong trade experience and leadership potential, this role will give you the platform to grow into a successful Supervisor.What you'll be doingAssist in coordinating and supervising trades onsiteEnsure work is completed to required quality and timeframesSupport site operations including scheduling, deliveries, and logisticsMaintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with WHS requirementsLiaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teamsLearn to manage project timelines, budgets,
