OverviewOur client is a newly established automotive dealership group supporting the new electric vehicle (EV) franchise entrants.
This is an opportunity to join a Group seeking to be renowned for excellence in the retail automotive space.The RoleBased at the Springwood dealership site, this is a rare hands-on chance to be part of the start-up of two new dealerships.
This is an autonomous role for an "all-rounder" where no two days are the same.
You will be responsible for the full finance function including payroll.
Depending on experience, this role can be either a full time role or a part time role, for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management reports, P&Ls;, and forecastsMonitor cash flow, budgets, and variance analysisEnsure compliance with tax and financial regulationsMaintain accurate vehicle stock control and floorplan reportingLead end-of-month processes, reconciliations, and financial closeLiaise with external auditors and internal teams as neededOversee procurement and supplier agreementsManage payroll and oversee HR compliance initially.About YouPrevious experience in a dealership or automotive accounting is essential,



preferably across multiple franchisesCPA / CA qualification would be highly regardedStrong understanding of dealership operations and DMS platforms (e.g. Titan, Pentana, AutoIT)Dealership Start-Up experience highly regardedAdvanced Excel skillsHigh level of accuracy, analytical skills, and time managementAn ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detailA proactive, solutions-focused attitude with genuine desire to engage with the broader teamDedicated to efficiency with proven experience in automation and continuous improvementGenuine passion for the automotive industry.If this opportunity fits your experience and is of interest, please submit your resume in Word format.
