This role is perfect for a planner who thrives on managing complex projects, mentoring junior staff, and developing strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Lead a variety of planning projects from start to finish, including the preparation and submission of development applications for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.Statutory Planning Advice: Provide expert planning advice to clients, from initial feasibility studies and due diligence to detailed strategic planning and policy analysis.Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base, government authorities, and other project stakeholders.Technical Expertise: Ensure the delivery of high-quality planning reports and advice,
