Phone System Technician – NEC / Mitel / AvayaTeltech ICT Group is seeking an experienced and motivated PABX Technician to join our technical services team.
The ideal candidate will have hands‐on experience with Mitel NEC, Avaya, and hosted telephony solutions, including Microsoft Teams.
You'll play a key role in delivering installation, maintenance, and support services to our business and enterprise clients across the Greater Melbourne area.Ongoing training and upskilling opportunities are provided.Position OverviewAs a member of our service and support team, you'll be responsible for installing, configuring, servicing, and troubleshooting a range of phone systems.
You'll attend customer sites (mainly across Melbourne) and work with technologies including Mitel, NEC, LG, Avaya, Cisco, and hosted VoIP solutions.
You may also be involved in structured cabling projects, including Cat6 cabling installations.We are looking for a self‐motivated technician with a strong technical background, excellent fault‐finding skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and support PBX systems for SMB and Enterprise clientsPerform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and timely issue resolutionConduct system upgrades, re‐configurations,
