marketconditionsand competitor activityProvide regular reporting,forecastsand insights on leasing progressSupport handover to on-site operations teams once assets stabiliseTransition between residential assets as recent apartment communities are deliveredWhatwe'relooking for:Proven experience inresidential leasing— ideally BTR, large apartment complexes, student accommodation, PBSA or high-volume property management environmentsDemonstrated success deliveringhigh-volume lease-upsand achieving residential occupancy targetsConfident people leader with experience coaching or leading residential leasing teamsStrong understanding ofapartment pricing, demanddriversand renter behaviourExcellent communication and customer engagement skillsHighly organised and comfortable juggling inspections,enquiriesand applications in fast-moving environmentsExperience using property management and CRM systemsReal estate licence or certificate of registrationrequiredAt apt, we believe great communities are shaped from the very first interaction.
