This role focuses on accelerating the adoption of AI and digital tools across the firm by translating technology into practical, day‐to‐day value for our people.




We are recruiting an AI & Digital Trainer for our Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane offices with hybrid working arrangements available.As an AI & Digital Trainer, you will:Design and deliver high‐quality digital learning solutions aligned to business needsCoach and support partners, lawyers and business services teams in the effective use of AI and digital technologiesDrive firmwide adoption of AI tools including Legora, Microsoft Copilot, HelpMe (Moveworks), and other emerging technologiesDeliver digital mentoring and coaching programs that support real work scenariosBuild trusted‐advisor relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the firmPartner with Digital, project and change teams to understand end‐user experiences and remove barriers to adoptionModernise and enhance existing IT training materials, incorporating innovative and self‐paced learning approachesMonitor and report on AI and digital adoption metrics,



translating insights into actionable recommendationsContribute to continuous improvement of learning resources and digital capability across the firmEnsure digital practices align with cyber security policies and technology standardsMore About YouYou are confident working with senior stakeholders and passionate about helping people adopt new ways of working through technology.Qualified qualifications in training, learning design or a related discipline5 years + demonstrated experience designing and delivering eLearning and digital learning solutionsExperience coaching professionals in the adoption of AI and digital tools, ideally in a professional services environmentStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, AI‐enabled tools and enterprise applicationsUnderstanding of change management principles (e.g. ADKAR or equivalent) and experience managing resistance to changeExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in public speakingProven stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to extract and translate workflow insightsStrong problem‐solving skills and a customer‐focused mindsetAbility to interpret adoption and usage data and turn insights into practical recommendationsA proactive, self‐starter approach with the ability to manage competing prioritiesWe encourage applications from people of all ages, abilities, cultural backgrounds, genders (including trans or gender diverse), LGBTQ+ people and those with carer responsibilities.
