We pride ourselves on honesty, quality and transparency.We are looking for a talented Construction Estimator to help the most key people in our business - our customers!
You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction by studying plans and specificationsCreating Bill of Quantities - identify and itemise building materials for costingPerforming risk assessments to account for potential deviations from the project planWrite up and presents budgets, reports, and project plansNavigate and understand building codesSupport the Design team throughout the Pre-Construction process including sourcing quotations (eg. non-standard items), engineering plans etcLiaise with our Contractors, Suppliers, Consultants and Private Certifiers and maintain a great working relationship with themOffering expert advice in regards to site details,



client requirements and compliancy issuesPrepare essential documents required by all related parties throughout the construction process including customer, Project Managers and trades / suppliers' documentationThe skills we are looking for:Being up to date with safety codes and improvements in constructionNegotiating with service providers to secure better pricesAbility to analyse labour, material, and time requirements for a projectUpholding exceptional customer service to all clientsWe are seeking someone who:Has a minimum 3 years' experience in construction Estimating.
