Investing heavily in their Australian operations the business is experiencing significant and consistent year on year growth.This is a senior role on the Finance Leadership Team, with real influence across the business.
You'll lead FP&A;, Procurement and Supply Chain Finance, and Shared Services, and act as a trusted adviser to the Executive Leadership Team.
You'll also play a key part in building a scalable, technology-enabled finance function.The ChallengeReporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Own the budgeting, forecasting and longer-term strategic planning cycles, building models that show how operational drivers affect profit, cash and the balance sheetProduce accurate, insightful performance reporting and commentary for the executive teamIdentify the key risks and opportunitiesAct as the senior finance partner to Procurement, Supply Chain and Demand Planning, covering spend analysis, supplier negotiations, logistics costs and make-versus-buy decisionsIndependently validate procurement and supply chain savings to make sure benefits are real, measurable and sustainableLead Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, strengthening service standards,
