We're growing our Paid Media team from six to seven Paid Media Managers and Specialists, and are looking for a Paid Media Manager with a solid focus on social media to own campaigns across an allocated client portfolio.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage ad campaigns across your allocated clients on all paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)Manage campaign performance: objective optimisations, audience targeting, ad creative changes, bid pacing, exclusions, budget changes, split tests, data feed optimisationOwn client budgets and establish new ratios and splits by objective, placement and platformPropose and implement optimisation strategies across all paid media channelsTest new strategy,



tactics and platform featuresPartner with the measurement team on incremental uplift of advertising changesEducate internal stakeholders on the latest platform initiatives and product changesCoordinate a remote team of paid media specialistsSupport quarterly business reviews and fortnightly meetings, reporting on clicks, impressions, spend and revenueWhat we're looking for2+ years of experience as a Paid Media Specialist, with ambition to grow skills across Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, Snapchat or Pinterest adsExperience creating paid social media strategies that align with client objectivesStrong analytical skills and comfort using and managing data in Excel or Google SheetsAbility to connect with a range of stakeholders and build positive relationshipsAbility to think and solve problems creativelyA genuine passion for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brandsBased in Sydney or Adelaide with Australian working rights
