Injinji is behind a portfolio of well-loved performance and recovery brands here in Australia.
We're growing our paid social presence and want someone who's experienced with Meta advertising to help us get there.
You'll be working closely with brands like Feetures, OOFOS, Goodr, Injinji and Topo Athletic.In this role, you'll plan, launch, and optimise our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, working closely with our Design and Social Media teams to bring good creative to life.
You'll keep an eye on budgets, test what's working, and turn the data into clear, practical recommendations.
You'll also help us stay ahead of the game as Meta's advertising landscape keeps shifting.What you'll be doingPlanning, building, and launching paid campaigns across Facebook and InstagramManaging budget pacing, audience targeting, and bid strategy day to dayWorking with our Design and Social Media teams on ad creativeTesting creative, audiences,



and bidding strategies to keep improving performanceReporting on campaign performance and turning that data into real recommendationsSupporting campaigns around product launches, promotions, and seasonal salesKeeping across Meta's advertising policies and platform updatesWhat we're afterGenuine, hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaignsA good head for data, and the ability to turn it into actionProactive, organised, and comfortable managing your own workloadA creative eye for what makes positive ad contentConfidence using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business SuiteBonus points if you've got experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, some content creation chops, or you're already comfortable using AI tools like Claude to work smarterWhat we offerDevelopment through supported trainingTravel opportunities to attend various exhibitions (AU & NZ)Employee discounts on full range of productsThis is a full-time role based at our Brendale HQ, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
