The Royal Melbourne Hospital is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in Parkville to oversee employment contracting and EBA compliance within a dedicated portfolio.
You will advise managers and staff on complex contracting and classification decisions, drawing on a robust understanding of enterprise agreements and the Fair Work Act.You will also provide hands-on SuccessFactors guidance, resolve data and pay issues, and lead continuous improvement across contracting processes and controls.
