(e.g., Azure migration, health checks and optimization).
Estimate Azure consumption costs and provision tenancies/plans.Identify optimization opportunities (Azure Hybrid Benefit, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans).
Customer Success Responsibilities:Facilitate customer onboarding to ensure a positive customer experience.Log and manage support calls and escalations.Deliver tailored value solutions to meet customer needs.Clearly differentiate Data#3's solution offerings.Provide customers with value solutions,



to meet their needsRespond to billing inquiriesExperienceDemonstrated experience working with AzureDemonstrated work history and experience in dealing with customers at all organisational levelsAbility to develop strategic relationships with new and existing clients via various communication platforms including but not limited to phone, email and ServiceNowPossess the skills and traits necessary to be a successful CSP Azure Specialist such as professionalism, exceptional time management and organisational skills, a sense of urgency, and a dedication to continuous improvementWho is Data#3?
