This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in employment law and industrial relations within on of Australia's largest employers and most recognisable brands.You'll be working closely with the Head of Industrial Relations, Legal, HR and business leaders on a range of complex workplace matters and projects while helping to manage legal risk and support compliance in a highly regulated space.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on employment law matters including employment agreements, awards, terminations, performance management and workplace investigationsNavigate complex industrial relations issues, including union engagement and enterprise bargainingDraft and review workplace policies, contracts, and dispute correspondenceProvide practical legal advice to HR and operational leaders on workforce strategy and complianceAssist in responding to claims or regulatory investigations (e.g.



Fair Work Commission matters)Monitor legislative changes and provide updates to stakeholdersContribute to training and internal guidance materialsAbout You:Qualified Australian Legal Practitioner with 4-8 years post-admission experience (PQE)Strong background in employment law with demonstrable industrial relations experiencePrevious experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal functionExcellent communication and advisory skills with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial outcomesComfortable working with HR, senior leaders, and external counselProactive, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced settingFull Australian working rights (Clario is not currently able to offer visa sponsorship)Why Join Us?
