Operating with autonomy and influence, this person will play a key role in supporting operational leaders, improving employee experience, and building the foundations required to support a high-growth environment.Your ImpactLeverage HR systems (e.g. Employment Hero) to drive efficiency and consistency across the employee lifecycleCoach and support leaders on people matters including performance, engagement, and team developmentBuild and formalise HR processes, documentation,
