In this full-time position, you'll play a key role in managing a variety of commercial litigation matters and providing strategic legal advice on complex commercial issues and contracts.




The role offers robust autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with principals and clients.Key responsibilitiesManage a broad portfolio of commercial litigation matters from start to finishDraft letters, pleadings and other court documentsProvide tailored legal adviceRepresent clients in various dispute resolution forumsWork closely with clients to provide commercially sound, strategic solutionsWhat we are looking forMinimum 3 years post-admission experience (PAE) in commercial litigationSolid grounding in commercial contracts and dispute resolutionExcellent legal drafting and analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication, with client-facing confidenceProven ability to manage matters autonomously and as part of a teamA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
