The Opportunity Reporting to a senior finance leader, this newly available opportunity will see you take ownership of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions while driving process improvement, financial governance and transformation initiatives across the broader finance operation.
The role offers a balanced mix of strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement and hands-on operational management.
The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teamsDriving process improvement, standardisation and operational efficiencies across shared servicesSupporting finance transformation projects, systems improvements and workflow enhancementsDeveloping KPIs, reporting dashboards and performance metricsManaging audit requirements, controls,



compliance activities and reconciliationsPartnering with key stakeholders across finance and the broader business to resolve issues and improve service deliverySupporting month-end processes and broader finance projectsBuilding capability within the team through coaching, mentoring and leadership
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated leadership experience within shared services, finance operations or transactional finance environmentsStrong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and financial controlsProven track record delivering process improvement, change management or transformation initiativesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsHands-on leadership style with a continuous improvement mindsetExperience operating within a complex, fast-paced environment
