You will play a key role in gathering requirements, defining solutions, and collaborating with technical teams across insurance projects.You'll be exposed to complex delivery work and contribute to the success of multiple customer implementations in a hands-on role with real ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with clients to understand and document business needs, pain points, and process improvementsTranslate requirements into functional and technical specifications aligned with the platform architectureContribute to solution design, validation, and testing activitiesFacilitate stakeholder workshops and discussions with both technical and business audiencesSupport project delivery through impact analysis, gap assessments, and system documentationCollaborate with consultants, engineers, and product teams to deliver customer outcomesParticipate in UAT planning and support defect resolutionKey Requirements3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in a technology delivery environmentStrong understanding of general or commercial insurance (underwriting, claims, policy admin, compliance)Demonstrated consulting experience (vendor, consultancy, or professional services)Skilled in stakeholder engagement and running workshopsStrong documentation ability: BRDs, user stories,
