and enterprise agreement conditionsResponding to employee payroll queries and explaining outcomes clearlyImproving payroll controls and processes to reduce manual interventionSkills & ExperienceStrong end to end payroll experience, including award and enterprise agreement interpretationConfidence investigating pay, leave and system discrepanciesExperience with complex classifications, allowances or mixed employment arrangementsA curious, proactive approach to problem solvingClear communication skills and an interest in working with people from diverse backgroundsEmployment Hero experience would be advantageous
