The organisation places significant weight on transparent, high-quality reporting to its ownership group, and this newly created role sits right at the centre of that relationship.This is a genuinely broad position, built around the year-end reporting cycle and direct liaison with the business's shareholders.
You'll work closely with the internal Deputy CFO, who is the key link between the business and its shareholders, and you'll be the primary point of contact for all shareholder reporting requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all shareholder reporting requirements, from monthly and annual packs through to KPI complianceLead the year-end reporting and audit process,



liaising directly with shareholder representativesCoordinate ad hoc shareholder queries and reporting requestsProvide technical accounting advice across the group on key transactions and standard changesPrepare consolidated financial statements and manage the solvency declaration processPrepare Board and Audit Committee papersWhat we're looking forMandarin fluency is essential for this role — candidates without it will not be considered.Beyond language, we're looking for someone with:Solid statutory and year-end reporting experienceConfidence dealing directly with shareholders and holding your own with senior stakeholdersSound technical accounting knowledge, ideally CA/CPA qualifiedThe judgement to manage sensitive reporting matters across culturesWhat's on offer?
