and related instrumentsResearching and developing new systematic trading opportunities within global equity ETF marketsCollaborating closely with the broader market-making teamDesigning, implementing, and enhancing algorithmic trading strategies and execution toolsProactively engaging with regulators, issuers, exchanges, and brokers across the APAC regionWhat You Will Bring2+ years of relevant trading experience at a High-Frequency Trading or Market Making firm, ideally with direct exposure to equity ETFsStrong knowledge of ETF mechanics, pricing, NAV calculation, index replication, creation/redemption flows, and arbitrage strategiesUnderstanding of global equity market microstructure, index construction, and rebalancing dynamicsProficiency in PythonHighly advanced capability in probability and statisticsExcellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsA genuine passion for financial markets, particularly systematic and quantitative tradingStrong academic record in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related disciplineOur CultureAt Nine Mile, we operate in a highly competitive and energetic environment.
