Permanent$80,000 - $85,000 Base + Super | CBD Office | Full TimeResponsibilitiesSupport in developing and executing media campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including marketing collateral and brand photography.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform tactical marketing initiatives aligned with organisational goals.Assist with local area marketing and community engagement campaigns.Lead regular work-in-progress meetings to report on project status, milestones, and deliverables.Monitor and optimise marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and ensure regional marketing efforts reflect national priorities while adapting content to suit local community needs.Coordinate and support community events and activations across the state, ensuring brand consistency and meaningful local engagement.Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team, state coordinators,



graphic design team, and external agencies to ensure alignment and delivery.Act as the main point of contact for the in‐house graphic design team, managing creative development and field requests (e.g., leaflets, event flyers, banners) across brands in Australia.Coordinate with external agencies to support campaign execution and creative production.Manage the dispatch of logos, artwork, and marketing materials to media outlets, print houses, and field operations.SkillsTertiary Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or communication qualifications2+ years' experience minimum in similar Marketing roleKnowledge of traditional and digital marketing toolsCompetent computer skills, in Word, Excel (intermediate skills required), Outlook and PowerPointShow self‐awareness and emotional maturity demonstrated by flexibility, open‐mindedness and being non‐judgementalConfident, approachable and can work well as part of a teamHow To ApplyPlease click 'apply' button now
