The environment is cooperative, modern, and focused on developing staff into well-rounded advisors rather than purely compliance-focused accountants.You'll be joining as an Intermediate Accountant, supporting the management of a client portfolio while working closely with Senior Accountants and Managers on more complex matters.The role provides a strong foundation across compliance, with increasing exposure to advisory, client interaction, and technical development as you progress, with a major upside being you will be proactively brought to client meetings from day 1 to help with development.This position is designed as a genuine progression opportunity, with a clear pathway to Senior Accountant within 6–18 months depending on experience and performance.The structure of the firm allows junior and intermediate staff to be mentored closely, while gradually building capability in advisory, planning, and client-facing work.It's also worth mentioning that this isn't a traditional, old-school accounting firm.
