Head Chef – Breakfast & Lunch | Pambula NSW ****
Opening hours are 9am-3pm
We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our breakfast and lunch service in Pambula.
You'll manage daily preparation and service, maintain food quality and presentation, oversee stock and ordering, and lead the kitchen team through busy periods.
What we're looking for:
Solid experience with breakfast and lunch menus
Experience leading a busy kitchen team
Good organisation, food safety knowledge and attention to detail
Availability for early starts and weekends
must have experience as a headchef
Sponsorship may be available for a suitable candidate after 4–6 months, subject to eligibility and performance.
