You'll play a key role in keeping our payroll function running smoothly and providing a customer focused service to managers and employees.What you'll be doingAs the first point of contact for payroll related enquiries, you will work closely with employees, managers, People & Culture and Finance Teams to deliver a high quality payroll service and support a positive employee experience.
A key project will be to integrate a newly acquired entity into payroll, working with the P & C team and MYOB PayGlobal.Process weekly and monthly payroll, accurately calculate wages, salaries, overtime, shift allowances, penalties, loadings, bonuses and deductions.Review and validate timesheets, attendance records and leave applications.Reconcile payroll data and identify discrepancies prior to payroll finalisation.Assist with month end and year end payroll activities, including leave, payroll tax, superannuation, wage accrual and PAYG reconciliation.Process PAYG withholding, payroll tax, superannuation, and other statutory obligations.
Prepare and submit Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting.Ensure payroll records are maintained in accordance with legislative requirements.Prepare payroll reports for management,



Finance and People & Culture teams.Reconcile payroll accounts, superannuation payments, and payroll related liabilities.What you will bring5 + years experience in accounts or similar finance role, ideally in the manufacturing industryTertiary qualifications in Payroll Administration, Accounting, Finance, HR or related disciplineProficiency in payroll software, eg MYOBExperience with shift work, casuals, overtime, penalty rates, allowancesAdvanced Microsoft Excel (VLookup, pivot tables, formulae)Experience in interpreting Awards and Enterprise AgreementsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong reconciliation and problem solving abilitiesAbout UsKingspan Water & Energy Pty Limited is a market leader in water storage, rainwater harvesting and wastewater treatment solutions.
