Undertake engineering calculations to ensure designs meet relevant standards and client requirements.Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards.Manage and support production activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.Act as the technical point of contact,



providing engineering expertise across projects.Work collaboratively with the business team while maintaining independence in a standalone engineering function.ExperienceProven experience in primary substation engineering with a strong focus on HV systems (ideally 132kV and above).
In-depth knowledge of busbar design, layouts, and calculations.Strong understanding of substation standards, practices, and compliance requirements in Australia.Background in quality assurance and production/project oversight within a technical setting.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a close-knit team culture.Regional or remote project experience will be highly regarded.QualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (required).
