You'll also work closely with customers,



Sales and the wider Finance team to support strong cash flow and effective credit management.Key Responsibilities:Process and allocate customer paymentsFollow up overdue accounts, short payments and discrepanciesReconcile customer accounts and resolve outstanding itemsMaintain new and existing debtor accountsGenerate debtor statements and assist with month-end reportingLiaise with customers and internal teams regarding account issues and collection risksMonitor expected receipts and escalation potential payment concernsManaging competing priorities and tasksWhat we are looking for:2+ years' experience in Credit Control and/or Accounts ReceivableStrong communication and customer service skillsGood numerical skills and attention to detailStrong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlinesProficiency in Excel- you need to be a numbers person!
SAP experience preferred, but not essential- we can train the right personInterest in and exposure to AI models (such as Claude, Chat GPT or Copilot)A self-motivated team player who can also work independently
