Easter n Health is seeking a Grade 3 Social Worker at Maroondah Hospital to deliver specialist social work interventions for mental health consumers, promoting recovery, independence, and better quality of life.
You will coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team to place the consumer at the center of service delivery.Successful candidates will meet AASW membership requirements, have experience in mental health assessments, and demonstrate a commitment to consumer and carer collaboration
