Every day is different, as you travel between clients to provide support tailored to their individual needs.Shifts availablein Milton West End , Kangaroo Point and surrounding suburbsYour ResponsibilitiesPersonal care: Assisting with showering, grooming, dressing, and medication remindersSocial support & transport: Taking clients to appointments, shopping, and outingsDomestic assistance: Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparationMobility support: Helping with walking aids or personal equipmentComplex care: Supporting clients with higher or specialised care needsWellbeing monitoring: Observing and reporting any changes in health or behaviourDocumentation: Recording visit notes using our easy-to-use mobile appAbout YouYou are compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a positive impact in people's lives.
You're a strong communicator and know how to build trust and connection with others.
