This maternity leave contract is an integral part of our medical practice, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our administrative operations.What you'll be doingProviding excellent customer service to patients, booking appointments, and managing patient recordsHandling medical billing and insurance claims processingMaintaining and updating the practice's electronic medical records systemCoordinating the flow of information between medical staff, patients, and third-party providersPerforming general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and inventory managementContributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the practiceWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years of experience in a medical administration or healthcare support roleStrong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, medical staff, and external stakeholdersExcellent organisational and time management skills,
