Trainer & Assessor - Early Childhood Education and School Based EducationPark Orchards Community House and Learning Centre – Park Orchards VICPark Orchards Community House & Learning Centre are seeking experienced and passionate Trainer and Assessors to deliver Certificate III level qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care and School Based Education Support.
The successful candidate/s will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to students and will support them to develop the knowledge, practical skills and confidence required to work successfully within the relevant sector.Key responsibilitiesDeliver engaging and interactive training sessions in accordance with training package requirementsAssess students' knowledge and practical skills fairly and consistentlyProvide constructive feedback and ongoing support to studentsFacilitate practical learning activities and workplace-based learning placementsMaintain accurate student training and assessment recordsEnsure training and assessment practices meet relevant regulatory and quality requirementsKeep up to date with industry practices,
