The role You will be involved in: Welcoming patients and providing a professional, friendly experience Managing phone calls, enquiries, bookings and appointment changes Following up patients with unappointed treatment and arranging their next appointments Maintaining productive and well-organised appointment books Communicating confidently about treatment, appointments and fees Processing patient accounts, payments and billing, including following up outstanding accounts Supporting the clinical team with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice About you We're looking for someone with:



At least 1 year of dental reception experience Excellent communication skills with a friendly and engaging phone manner Strong organisation and attention to detail Initiative and a proactive approach to work A willingness to learn and take on greater responsibility We're happy to provide training and support to the right person in any areas where they may have less experience.
About the practice We are a long-established private dental practice in Darlinghurst with a loyal patient base and a strong focus on high-quality, personalised care.
You'll be joining an experienced and supportive team in a practice that values excellent patient care, strong communication and a positive working workplace.
