As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are seeking a Billing Clerk to join our friendly and supportive team.About the role:We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Billing Clerk to join our team.
This role requires a reliable, organised, and trustworthy individual who will work closely with the manager and sales team to achieve optimal results.
Comprehensive training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Issue invoices and credit notes to customers accurately and promptlyMaintain accurate and organised records of all invoices and related documentsOrganise, file and manage documents,



ensuring they are filed correctly for easy retrievalEnsure the accuracy of all end-of-month statements issued to customersAssist with resolving billing and invoice-related queriesLiaise with the manager, sales team and other departments as requiredProvide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties when requiredAbout you:A tertiary qualification in accounting and finance is preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English are essentialDemonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detailGood organizational and time-management skillsExperience with NetSuite is highly valued but not mandatoryProficiency in Microsoft office, particularly Excel, Word, OutlookReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicHave a flexible working approach – support other team members when requiredInitiative and problem-solving skillsThe ability to work independently as well as part of a teamNo previous marketing experience is required for this role.
