This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to gain hands‐on experience in reliability, maintenance and manufacturing within a dynamic industrial workplace.Working alongside experienced engineering and maintenance professionals, you'll develop practical skills while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability projects across a busy manufacturing site.About the RoleSupporting reliability and maintenance improvement initiativesAssisting with equipment performance and reliability investigationsCollecting, analysing and interpreting maintenance and equipment dataSupporting preventative and corrective maintenance activitiesAssisting with engineering and continuous improvement projectsMaintaining engineering and maintenance documentationSupporting SAP and maintenance management systemsCollaborating with Maintenance, Production and Engineering teamsProviding general engineering support across the siteAbout YouDegree qualified in Mechanical Engineering,



Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline, or currently nearing completionPrevious engineering, manufacturing, maintenance or industrial experience, gained through employment, internships or placementsA genuine interest in reliability, maintenance and manufacturing operationsStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesA practical, hands‐on approachThe ability to work effectively within a fast‐paced manufacturing environmentExperience with SAP or maintenance management systems will be highly regarded but is not essential.What's On Offer?
