The Brisbane-based role combines roster management, client and staff liaison, and the development of Care Plans leveraging a Registered Nurse background.The position blends office work with client visits within a hybrid model.
You will recruit and onboard new staff, ensure compliance, and provide guidance to field employees, reporting to the Carehero Leadership Team.
