Offshore Virtual Assistants is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Design Draftsperson & Project Coordinator to support one of our valued clients in delivering high-end residential interior design projects.About the Role:This role focuses primarily on technical drafting, SketchUp modelling, documentation, and project coordination, while supporting the Principal Designer to concentrate on client relationships, creative direction, and business growth.Location: Work-from-Home (Independent Contractor)Role Type: Part -time to start, 10 hours per week, Monday & Friday across AESTSchedule: Monday & Friday | 9 AM-2 PM or 12-5 PM AEST/AEDTKey ResponsibilitiesProduce SketchUp models from measured plans and architectural drawings.Prepare base plans and elevations, furniture layouts, joinery details, wet area layouts, lighting and electrical plans.Maintain and revise drawing sets using SketchUp Layout.Assist with V-Ray rendering and presentation imagery where appropriate.Maintain documentation, revisions, file structures and naming conventions in OneDrive.Track project schedules, milestones and deadlines.Coordinate meetings and support communications with builders, consultants and suppliers.Prepare Scope of Works, FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and project schedulesRequest quotations,
