We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Assistant Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Padstow facility.Working alongside the Lead Operator, you will play an important role in keeping our production plant running safely, efficiently and continuously.This is a hands‐on manufacturing role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, working with machinery and being part of a team.About the roleAs an Assistant Production Operator, you will assist with the day-to‐day operation of our Filter Aid (FA) production plant.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing the plant and packing materials at the start of each shiftChecking equipment is ready and work areas are safeTaking initial product samples for approval before production beginsOperating bagging stations and keeping production running efficientlyBagging product to the correct weightStacking product correctly onto palletsChecking product and pallet labelsWrapping, tagging and preparing completed pallets for storageTaking regular product samples and assisting with quality checksRecording production and quality information accuratelyIdentifying and reporting production, quality or equipment issuesSupporting plant start‐up and shutdown activitiesAssisting with basic equipment checks and minor maintenance tasksOperating a forklift safelyMaintaining a clean and organised production areaParticipating in toolbox talks and safety meetingsFollowing all WHS,
