You'll work closely with experienced Partners and senior team members who genuinely invest in your development.Position ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely mannerTake lead in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFsPrepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trustsPrepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliationsBe coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clientsLiaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clientsHelp provide an exceptional service to our clientsParticipate in training seminars, team meetings and social eventsOffer support and training to team membersAbout You1-3 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting PracticeChartered Accountant qualification or in progressBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similarExperience using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero and QuickbooksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailCommitted to providing exceptional service to our clientsProactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
