The role requires passion and skill in high-volume bistro food, as well as functions, with broad kitchen knowledge across multiple sections.You will work in a large team alongside senior chefs in supply chain, stock handling, and staff training if needed.
A culinary qualification is required to apply and compliance with NSW Food Authority Standards is essential.
