Travelling to sites within the Melbournearea to conductsite asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessmentsCollectingkey asset informationacrossHVAC & BMSServices.Auditing individual assetsusing advanced technologyConveying collected audit data and key findings to relevant stakeholders – allowing strategic asset managementDeveloping relationshipsand partnering with clients to achieve auditing outcomes.Identifying opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and recent businessWhat will you need to join the team?
Trade Qualification– Cert III in Air-conditioning and RefrigerationHands on experiencewith repairs,
