Providingcommerciallyfocusedlegaladviceonarangeofgeneralcommercialagreementsandcontractswithinthecorporateportfolio.
Drafting,reviewing,andnegotiatinglegalagreementsandtransactiondocumentation.
Managingmultiplemattersconcurrentlyinafast-pacedenvironment.
Supportingkeystakeholdersacrossthewiderbusiness.
Identifyinglegalrisksandprovidingpracticalsolutionstomitigatethoserisks.
Managingandinstructingexternallegalcounseloncomplexmattersandmonitoringdeliveryagainstbudget.
Contributingtolegalprocessimprovementsandknowledge-sharinginitiatives.
Workingindependentlywhilebuildingtrustedrelationshipsacrossthekeystakeholdergroupsandbroaderbusinessteams.Thisrolewillalsoseeyouengageandmanageexternallegalcounselonmorecomplexmatters,ensuringqualityoutcomesandeffectivecostmanagement.
Whatyoubringtotherole

Experiencemanagingaportfolioofcomplexmattersandbalancingcompetingpriorities.
Strongnegotiation,communication,andrelationship-buildingskills.
Theabilitytoworkindependentlywhilepartneringeffectivelywithdiversestakeholders.
