Reporting to the CIO, you will be responsible for the day to day support of all IT systems within the company, which will include but are not limited to:Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networksTroubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faultsProviding support, including procedural documentation and relevant reportsFollowing diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a systemTesting and evaluating new technology as well as supporting the roll-out of new applicationsSetting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issuesManaging multiple open support incidents and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issuesRapidly establishing a positive working relationship with users and professionals, e.g., software developersConducting electrical safety checks on computer equipmentAbout you:A thorough knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware and softwareExcellent problem solving skills and the ability to explain solutions to non-technical usersA demonstrated independent and passionate interest in all things technologyA detail-oriented working style and the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlinesCertificate, Diploma, Degree or equivalent in IT or Computer Sciences is essential3+ years IT experience in similar rolesWhat's on offer:Hybrid work environment - 3 Days in the officeA great work culture with lots of great social events5th week of Annual Leave (conditions apply)Opportunity to progress into System/Cloud Admin rolesOngoing training and development - Good career progression!
