The Role
We're seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the day‐to‐day operations of our facilities team in Perth.
This full‐time position requires an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Engineering team, working on a rotational daytime schedule across 7 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and triaging work orders in our CMMS system
Conducting inspections and ensuring quality assurance
Assisting with staff rostering and scheduling
Providing administrative and operational support
Liaising with internal departments and external vendors
Collaborating with team members and supporting others when needed
Escalating to supervisors when licensed trades are required
Maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and guests
About You
You'll bring:
2+ years' experience in facilities coordination, building services, or maintenance support
Familiarity with CMMS platforms and building maintenance processes




Strong communication and time‐management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
General knowledge of building services and maintenance practices
Ability to organise your day and meet operational targetsComfort working across different departments and adapting to changing priorities
Previous maintenance experience is welcome but not essential
Customer service orientation
Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Facilities Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365)
