We are a family-owned and operated business, and when you join MySkin Clinics, you become part of the family, with enormous potential to grow within the group.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Part Time Clinical Educator & Staff Support to join our growing Head Office team.Working across our 12 locations, as well as the Myskin Training Centre in Malvern you will play a key role in ensuring our therapists feel supported, confident and equipped to deliver exceptional treatments and client experiences after providing the training.What You'll Be DoingProviding ongoing clinical education, training and support to our therapists both new & existing across all MySkin ClinicsConducting practical and theoretical training on treatments, technology, products and skin concernsSupporting new team members through onboarding, training and developmentMentoring therapists and helping them build confidence in their clinical and consultation skillsConducting clinic visits to provide hands-on support,



coaching and feedbackIdentifying training opportunities and areas where additional staff support is requiredSupporting therapists with treatment protocols, consultation techniques and treatment planningAssisting with the implementation of new treatments, products, technology and company initiativesEnsuring treatment protocols, procedures and clinical standards are consistently followedWorking alongside Clinic Managers to identify individual staff development needsWorking closely with Head Office and Management to maintain consistency across all clinicsAbout YouWe are looking for someone who holds a Cert 4 in Training & Assessment and is:Experienced within the skin, beauty or aesthetics industryConfident and highly knowledgeable across advanced skin treatments and/or laserPassionate about education, mentoring and developing othersA confident communicator who can connect with people at all levelsOrganised, proactive and able to work independentlyComfortable travelling between our Melbourne clinics and hold a valid Drivers License.What We OfferAn exciting opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding businessA supportive Head Office and Management teamThe chance to make a genuine impact on staff developmentCareer progression within a family-owned businessThe opportunity to be part of a business that genuinely invests in its peopleA dedicated training facilityAll documentation and training protocols are in placeMySkin Clinics — Educating our team.
