This is a genuine leadership position, with responsibility for a team of five across onshore and offshore resources and a diverse client portfolio.The roleLead, mentor and develop a team of five, including offshore team members, setting transparent expectations for quality and review standardsManage a portfolio spanning individual clients and commercial businesses, from complex personal tax matters to restructures and advisory engagementsOversee the offshore delivery model, ensuring clear briefing, effective review processes and consistent outputAct as a senior point of contact for clients, providing proactive, commercially minded adviceManage workflow, deadlines and quality across the team, including peak-period planningWork closely with the partners on pricing,
