A great opportunity to join a thriving team on a temporary assignment to 31 Dec ****About the roleDevelop and manage a contract management framework including contract templates, guidelines, and processes.Review and analyse IT contracts in line with legal, regulatory and organisational requirements.Contract administration including renewals, amendments, and terminationsStakeholder engagement including contract owners, procurement and legal teamsNegotiate contract terms, conditions, pricing, and service level agreementsParticipate in quote and tender process including collation, assessment and selectionGovernment experience preferredAbout youYou will have proven experience working in procurement and contracts, and have specialised experience working with IT contractsYou will have a strong understanding of the procurement process,



contract law and associated governanceYou will have strong analytical skills and high attention to detailYou will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisationYou will be flexible and adaptable to working across multiple contracts at any one time, and able to manage your time and priorities accordinglyYou will have intermediate to advanced IT skills, and solid experience using contract management systems.BenefitsASAP startTemporary casual assignment to 31 Dec ****Full time hours Monday to FridayBankstown, NSW locationThis role is office based.
