Factor is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Sydney.We work with senior executives from some of the largest organisations across Australia, Singapore and the UK, connecting them through our executive events, research, advisory programs and technology platforms.This role is suited to someone at the beginning of their sales career who wants to develop their commercial skills and progress into a full cycle sales role.What you'll be doingIdentifying and researching prospective clients and target accountsReaching out to prospects through phone, email and LinkedInSpeaking with senior decision-makers across technology and businessQualifying opportunities and setting up meetings for the sales teamBuilding and managing your own pipelineWorking alongside the wider sales team on active accounts and opportunitiesLearning how to sell across our events, research, advisory and technology offeringsThere will be a robust focus on outbound prospecting,



so you need to be comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations with people you haven't spoken to before.What we're looking forWe're more interested in attitude and potential than years of experience.You should be confident speaking to people, comfortable working towards targets and willing to learn.
