You'll work across a varied portfolio of clients and get exposure to work beyond standard compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:Preparing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, sole traders, partnerships, companies and trustsCommunicating directly with clients and building strong relationshipsAssisting partners with tax planning and advisory workAbout youWe want someone who is confident using their own judgement.
You'll take ownership of your work,



and when something doesn't fit the usual mould you'll be keen to work out the best approach.
You'll know when to ask for guidance, but you won't need step-by-step direction to get the job done.
You'll enjoy variety and bring fresh thinking to a problem.At least 2 years experience in tax compliance in a public practiceHands-on experience with Xero Practice Manager (XPM), Xero, Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)Strong working knowledge of Australian tax legislationGood written and verbal communication skillsExperience with FYI Docs and MYOBReal opportunities to progress your careerMentoring from experienced partners who are invested in your developmentA wide-ranging workload with exposure to specialist areasA friendly, collaborative team cultureCompetitive salary package based on experienceCPD / professional membership support
