Find your further at Ventia with this internal opportunity.Ventia is seeking a customer-focused and technically capable Network Operations Officer to join our high-performing Ventia Operations Centre (VOC) team in Cremorne, VIC.As the first point of contact for operational support, you'll play a vital role in monitoring, supporting, and maintaining critical communications infrastructure across a diverse range of technologies including cellular, optical, satellite, radio, transmission, and embedded systems.

***Please note: This role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays***What You'll Be DoingAs a Network Operations Officer, you will:Monitor network systems and services to identify faults and service disruptionsAct as the primary point of contact for incidents and service requestsLog, track, and manage incidents using IT Service Management (ITSM) toolsPerform first-level troubleshooting and technical issue resolutionEscalate unresolved incidents to specialist technical teams within agreed service levelsCoordinate incidents through to resolution, ensuring stakeholders remain informedSupport major incident response and service restoration activitiesDeliver outstanding customer service while maintaining operational excellenceAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:Experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, Network Operations Centre (NOC), Telecommunications Operations Centre,
