Looking for an experienced, passionate and hardworking individual who can help run the Restaurant.Must be able to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise work as well as looking after your team.
We are looking for someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality.




Some duties of the role will include:Training staff and operating venue as required Monitoring productivity and providing feedback to ensure all staff are providing the best possible customer service Ensuring customer satisfactionManaging inventory levels Rosters and workbooks Liasing with chefs and updating menusKeeping up with demand during peak times Monetary duties Providing effective leadership and management of staff which includes conflict resolutionComplying with Health and Safety regulations Opening and closing proceduresSkills and qualifications required for this role:AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality, or 3 years relevant experience Initiative and ability to work hard and think smart in a busy environment Commitment to the long-term roleMonday – Friday hours.
